Amplixs
With Amplixs, the HTTP Request object has enabled us to set up an integration, where during checkout, an API of Amplixs is fed with information about the customer and their booking. Ask your account manager or mail to support@deployteq.com how we can support you with this.
ASPOS
We have set up an integration with ASPOS, where we receive a REST request from ASPOS when a customer addition/mutation or transaction has occurred. Based on the received data, we contact the SOAP API of ASPOS to retrieve and update all information in Deployteq. Using a campaign object, new customers and mutations can be passed from Deployteq to ASPOS. Finally, opt-outs and complaints are forwarded to ASPOS in real-time.
Azure Service Bus
We offer a Beta app integration with an Azure Service Bus. This app provides a new menu item to link to an Azure Service Bus, allowing periodic reading of messages. These messages can then be processed similarly to webhooks at the customer or data model level. This can be used to keep customer data current or synchronize bookings, etc.
Contact your account manager or mail support@deployteq.com for options.
Payment Systems
We offer standard integrations with Buckaroo, iDeal, and Adyen. If your payment system is not listed, we could jointly develop a new integration as custom work.
Contact your account manager or mail support@deployteq.com for options.
Blueconic
It is possible to link Blueconic events to Deployteq webhooks. Blueconic has predefined events for situations like customer data being added or updated. This way, a quick and simple integration can be set up from Blueconic to Deployteq.
Datatrics
Datatrics has set up an integration based on API connections, where all customer data is periodically retrieved from Deployteq, and triggers can be sent to Deployteq. Additionally, it is possible to include a personalized RSS feed in your email campaigns using the Data feeds integration from the store. Note: Using a personalized RSS feed in batch sends can negatively impact send speed due to third-party dependencies.
For more information, please refer to Datatrics.
Fresh Relevance
In cooperation with Fresh Relevance, we have set up an integration based on Deployteq webhooks. This allows audiences and triggers to be sent from Fresh Relevance to Deployteq. Through the webhook implementation, when something like an abandoned cart is received, a personalized email can be sent directly to the customer.
Contact your account manager or mail support@deployteq.com for options.
Google Data Studio
In combination with an Event Based Export (EBE), we can deliver a CSV export every hour or daily of all email activities since the last export to a Google Bucket location. The Google Bucket can be created as a remote folder in the Deployteq file manager. This means that additional customer data can also be exported there, and all this data can then be used in Google Sheets.
Intersolve
We have had a long-standing collaboration with Intersolve for loyalty programs. We offer options for API integrations from campaigns and an Azure Service Bus integration.
Contact your account manager or mail support@deployteq.com for options.
IRECKONU
The hospitality software IRECKONU has set up an integration with Deployteq webhooks for other clients. Based on a booking or booking change, a Deployteq webhook is triggered. Then, from the opt-out campaign, opt-outs are forwarded in real-time to IRECKONU using the HTTP Request object.
Contact your account manager or mail support@deployteq.com for options.
Maxxton
We offer a beta app integration with Maxxton Hospitality software, where customer data, bookings, invoices, resorts, and accommodations are periodically synchronized. This data can be directly used for follow-up emails or in profiles, such as sending a pre-arrival email.
Contact your account manager or mail support@deployteq.com for options.
Mews
For Mews, a Property Management System, we offer an integration based on campaigns, webhooks, data model campaign objects, and the data model. All data regarding customers, bookings, invoices, and accommodations are periodically retrieved. This data can be directly used for follow-up emails or in profiles, such as sending a pre-arrival email.
Contact your account manager or mail support@deployteq.com for options.
Microsoft Dynamics
We work with many clients in combination with Microsoft Dynamics. In these cases, we recommend using Power Automate. With Power Automate, it's very easy to trigger a webhook in Deployteq based on triggers, such as when customer data is updated or in the case of a booking.
It's also possible to call a Power Automate webhook from a Deployteq campaign using the HTTP Request object to update customer data in real-time, for example, when a user unsubscribes from a specific email.
Finally, we are in the Beta phase with an app for Azure Service Bus integration.
Pipedrive
It is possible to call webhooks in Deployteq from Pipedrive CRM. Pipedrive has predefined events for this, such as when customer data is added or updated.
See the How To guide for more information.
PowerBI
In combination with an Activities Export ( Event Based Export), we can deliver a CSV export of all email activities every hour or daily since the last export to an SFTP location. This information can be imported into PowerBI, enabling you to easily convert email behavior into an interactive dashboard.
This data could also be delivered in real-time with the Pegasystems integration, but this still requires an intermediate solution to deliver Deployteq data correctly to the PowerBI API.
Ask your account manager or mail support@deployteq.com for setting up an activities export.
SEINõ
Deployteq works with SEINō to get the most out of your Google Analytics and Deployteq data. With SEINõ, you can create powerful email marketing reports and explore your campaign statistics like never before. This integration is built on top of our oAuth2.0 app and the Deployteq Analytics Events API which SEINõ uses to retrieve data up to one year in the past.
Contact your account manager or mail support@deployteq.com for information about the integration cost and required steps.
Shopify
It is possible to call CRM webhooks in Deployteq from Shopify. Shopify has predefined events for this, such as when customer data is added or updated.
See the How To guide for more information.
SuperOffice
In collaboration with a SuperOffice partner, we previously set up an integration where selections in SuperOffice could be delivered to our SFTP as a CSV file with the press of a button. This was processed via the CSV trigger extension.
If people from the selection were approached by email, an export followed with all the details of the send and customer behavior.
This is not an out-of-the-box solution but a custom solution from a SuperOffice partner.
