We have had a few incidents related to users sending content tests from DeployTeq to live data by using QuickMail. The only team who should send emails to live customers is Marketing Automation while, currently, everybody could send to live data by mistake.

We will hold training session for specific teams such as Front End Developers and Client Service who are the main focus on the matter, however, it would be interesting to see if a user-profile based access to QuickMail settings could be implemented.

The request is around the "E-mail target": it would be great if this can be locked to "Test E-mail" for any users from FED and CS team, regardless of the "Select target" choice (screenshots in the attachment). I'm available for a call to discuss this or any options.
