When an outage occurs in (a part of) Deployteq, there are several ways to stay informed.
As soon as we have more information about the cause of the incident or an expected resolution time, we will post a news update on the Support Portal. If necessary, this update will be refreshed multiple times a day with the latest information.
You can subscribe to email updates by clicking “Subscribe” on this page:
You will then receive an email with a link to the news update as soon as it’s posted. We won’t send additional emails for subsequent updates; you’ll need to actively monitor the post on the Support Portal yourself.
You can also ask our Supportdesk to add your email address to our outage notification mailing list. In that case, you’ll receive an email whenever we send a message to all addresses on that list. Any relevant follow-up updates will also be emailed.
