If you make changes to an existing mapping, for example by adding a new field, you will first need to save the new mapping in the webhook logs using this icon:

After that, you can send the data (such as a test record) to the campaign via this icon:

If you only use the play button, the test record will be sent to the campaign, but based on the last saved data. You will not get the expected test results.
