JSON Message Limit

A JSON message can be up to 6 MB at Deployteq.

Text Storage Limits

If you want to store the text of a call in Deployteq, the following limits apply:

  • Campaign option fields and customer option fields (string values) can contain up to 256 characters, but they are expandable. You can request this expansion from our Support Desk.

  • Environment variables and data model fields (string values) have a maximum of 1 million bytes.

Note: If you store special UTF characters, they can take up 2 to 4 bytes.

Webhook Quotas

There is a daily limit of 50,000 calls per day per brand set on the standard webhook receiver. This limit is shared by all webhooks within the brand.

If the limit is reached, subsequent calls will not be processed, and an HTTP status code 429 will be returned.

If you expect to (temporarily) exceed this limit, you can install the Webhook Pro app. You can install this app alongside existing webhooks and continue to use them as before, but without the daily limit.
