The number of customers in a group is not displayed in real-time after adding or removing customers from a group. It takes several hours to a day for the update to reflect accurately.
Het aantal klanten in een groep wordt niet real-time correct weergegeven na het toevoegen of verwijderen van klanten uit een groep. Dit is pas na enkele uren tot een dag bijgewerkt.

Thanks for the feedback! Resolving the delay in processing group memberships is part of a bigger project, where we migrate all our analytics data to system that is better suited for real-time data. Rest assured that this delay only affects the reporting side of the system and doesn’t impact any running campaigns.
Just to let you know that we’re actively working on this, but it will take some time to completely migrate away from the current architecture.
