We have many different lifecycle campaigns up and running, and next to those we have recurring newsletter and one-off campaigns. These may overlap in sending time for subscribers, causing them to receive multiple emails per day.
Apart from this, we've had a few incidents with the setup of campaigns, which caused some emails to be sent multiple times to the same user, at the same time (with 1 incident causing 1000s of emails to be sent to a small group of users - really, this should not even be technically possible; a flag system should definitely be in place for such an incident, shutting the campaign down immediately and warning the user - like it is done with a high bounce rate).
In order to prevent this, it would be very helpful if it were possible to cap the number of emails a subscriber receives per day.
Every Deployteq user could set this up to their own insights, but for us, I would definitely limit it to 1 (maybe 2) per day.
