Profile fields are not case-sensitive, but in campaigns, the same fields are. This creates an inconsistent user experience and increases the risk of errors , for example, when a field in a campaign is not recognized due to a minor capitalisation mismatch (e.g. language code is NL vs. nl).
In profiles it did show results with the small letters 'nl' while in campaigns it doesnt get recognized. Please align in whichever way.
