De onterechte bounces die maandagavond en -nacht zijn ontstaan, zijn inmiddels volledig gecorrigeerd. Klanten die hierdoor ten onrechte op 'niet mailbaar' waren gezet, staan nu weer op mailbaar.

Als er in de periode van maandag 16:30 tot dinsdag 9:45 een belangrijke mailing is verstuurd, bestaat de kans dat deze niet is aangekomen. Je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze mailing opnieuw te verzenden. De inschatting en uitvoering hiervan laten we bij jullie. Als je twijfelt of er impact op je verzending is geweest, neem dan contact met Support op.

The incorrect bounces that occurred on Monday evening and during the night have now been fully corrected. Customers who were mistakenly marked as "not mailable" due to these bounces have been set back to mailable.

If an important mailing was sent between Monday 16:30 and Tuesday 9:45, there is a chance it was not delivered. You may choose to resend this mailing. We leave the assessment and execution of this decision to you. If you are unsure whether your mailing was affected, please contact Support.

Sinds gisteren om 16:30 uur zagen we een sterke toename in het aantal bounces. Dit blijkt te komen door een fout in de configuratie van de DKIM-sleutelrotatie, waardoor berichten onterecht zijn geweigerd.

We hebben direct een onderzoek gestart en inmiddels een oplossing geïmplementeerd. We onderzoeken nu of de onterecht gebouncede berichten opnieuw kunnen worden verzonden. Zodra we hierover duidelijkheid hebben, informeren we je zo snel mogelijk.

Since yesterday at 4:30 PM, we have seen a significant increase in the number of bounces. This appears to be caused by an error in the configuration of the DKIM key rotation, which led to messages being incorrectly rejected.

We immediately started an investigation and have since implemented a solution. We are now looking into whether the messages that were wrongly bounced can be resent. As soon as we have more clarity, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
