NL: De storing heeft niet alleen invloed op het datamodel, maar ook op alle inkomende webhooks. Hierdoor worden de daaropvolgende processen niet correct getriggerd. Zodra de storing is opgelost, moeten de betreffende webhooks via de logs opnieuw worden getriggerd.

Het Deployteq datamodel is op dit moment niet beschikbaar. Via de interface is het datamodel wel inzichtelijk, maar mails en campagnes die gebruik maken van informatie uit het datamodel werken op dit moment niet. Onze developers hebben de oorzaak gevonden en zijn bezig met een oplossing. Zodra het datamodel weer beschikbaar is zullen we dit uiteraard direct melden.

Wat gebeurt er met mails die verstuurd zijn zonder dat het datamodel beschikbaar is?
Deze mails worden op dit moment niet verzonden door de error. De verzendingen worden hervat zodra de error is opgelost.

Is mijn data nog compleet?
Ja, wanneer het datamodel weer beschikbaar is, zal de complete data weer inzichtelijk zijn.

Werken campagnes en mailings zonder datamodel wel?
Alle campagnes en e-mails zonder datamodel en zonder webhook werken naar behoren.

The Deployteq datamodel is currently unavailable. Although it can still be viewed through the interface, emails and campaigns that rely on information from the datamodel are not functioning at the moment. Our developers have identified the cause and are working on a solution. As soon as the datamodel becomes available again, we will inform you immediately.

What happens to emails sent while the datamodel is unavailable?
These emails are currently not being sent due to the error. Sending will resume as soon as the issue is resolved.

Is my data still complete?
Yes, once the datamodel is available again, all data will be fully accessible.

Do campaigns and mailings without the datamodel still work?
All campaigns and emails that do not use the datamodel or a webhook are functioning normally.
